The Online Application System

Bali Temples

The entire application process takes place online. Applicants to Guilford Faculty-led or coordinated programs will submit materials and interview with the faculty leader/coordinator.

Applications to partner programs require two stages:
     1) Stage One: With GOCI (including an interview with GOCI staff)
     2)  Stage Two: With the Affiliated partner.

After Stage 1, upon receiving endorsement from GOCI, students are responsible for completing the additional application materials required by the partner. GOCI will help and support you through this process, but the application must be completed and submitted on time by the student.

Please do not start an application until you have decided that you definitely intend to study abroad and you have made a final decision about the program to which you want to apply. Applications are only accepted during open application cycles. Students can apply for up to two programs. If students want to apply to additional programs they must discuss this option with an advisor in GOCI.

To begin an application, start with a "program search."

After reviewing the results you can click "apply now" at the top of the online program brochure page to begin your application. The application consists of several sections; you can save your work and return to it at a later time if you do not have all the information needed.

Note that affiliated program applications will have their own deadlines that the student is responsible for meeting -- this is in addition to any GOCI deadlines.
